Our carpet cleaning process is 4 steps:
| 1.) Pre-treating:
We start by visually inspecting the carpet & identify potentially permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results. We remove all dry soil with a thorough vacuuming. This ensures that dust and other dry impurities do not unnecessarily absorb the cleaning power of our chemicals and rinse in the extraction process Our pricing includes moving sofas, chairs, tables, and smaller items. Beds, dressers, and heavier pieces are left in place under our regular pricing structure. One of our consultants can quote the exact cost of moving any heavier pieces. A preconditioning agent is applied to break down traffic area soil and general spots for more thorough cleaning. Difficult spots are pretreated with special solutions to increase the chances of complete removal. We then groom the carpet to further loosen any soil. |

| 2.) Extraction:
What most know as the "cleaning" process then begins. The carpet is then thoroughly cleaned and rinsed with a powerful extraction cleaning system without over-wetting the carpet or leaving behind any soap. This is important because soap left behind will only attract more dirt. Every carpet we clean is pH balanced so that no sticky residue is left behind. This also leaves your carpet feeling soft and fresh. |

| 3.) Grooming:
While doing the final grooming, we inspect for any remaining spots that may need extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions. The grooming process stands up the carpet fibers nice and tall allowing them to dry quicker and in the right position. High velocity fans are then used to speed the drying process. One of our technicians will then walk you through the job to show you the results and make sure that you are completely thrilled with the job. |

Life happens. We know that, and so we have equipped our crews with state of the art carpet protection. If you choose to have your carpets cleaned, we might as well giv you the option to keep them clean, right? |

Our tile washing process is 2 steps:
| 1.) Scrubbing:
In order to get you the best results we hand scrub each individual grout line with a special cleaning agent that reaches deep inside the porous grout to remove the dirt and soils that build up down beneath the surface. |

| 2.) Steaming:
We then follow behind with our tile cleaning tool that cleans and extracts dirt from the pores of your tile and grout leaving your floor clean and free of any remaining soap residue. |
