The Allen Brothers' Vision:

You might have noticed that all are print collateral carries the three words: Gratitude, Knowledge and Commitment. Some have wondered why we chose these words.

What does gratitude have to do with cleaning; if you rub it into the oil in your driveway or the coffee stain in your carpet will it pull it out? Probably not. But we feel it has a good deal to do with our business We wanted to distance ourselves from the pack of laborers that rally around the standard of the application of cleaning alone and focus first on the interpersonal relationship with the customer (Please see are ’12 commandments’), and then to execute the task we were hired for. We wanted to choose three words that would be permanent, never needing to change.

Gratitude: It’s the virtue upon which all our interactions and labors rest. If there is one thing we see dry up with a little success and some incoming calls it’s a ‘thankfulness for the opportunity to work’. We wanted to ‘Be Grateful’ in all we did.

Knowledge: Gratitude is wonderful but it doesn’t know how to remove paint overspray from tempered glass or how to identify and properly clean carpet or upholstery fibers. Through certification, on-going classes, and long standing relationships with the best in the business- we wanted to obtain the knowledge needed to properly execute the job.

Commitment: Being Grateful and knowledgeable to execute the job is of little importance if we didn’t show up on time or willing to see the job through. Whether it's 110 degrees or an all day job, we are committed to possessing and expressing these three attributes.

Gratefully,
